Members of NYSSA affiliate clubs receive a $55 discount from New York State DMV on each snowmobile registered in their name. Club members also receive other membership benefits, including a subscription to NYYSA online Magazine, club newsletters, and discounted goods at participating merchants.

Club membership is valid for 1 year.  The membership year commences on April 1st and ends on March 31st.  All dues submitted on or after April 1st will be credited to the next membership(season) year.
 
NOTE: In order to get a NYSSA voucher for your NYS registration reduction/discount you must have a valid membership for the upcoming season (per New York State prior year memberships are ineligible to get another voucher)

The Chittenango Polar Bears Snowmobile Club, Inc., was formed in December of 2005, and incorporated in March of 2006 and is recognized by the New York State Snowmobile Association (NYYSA). The Chittenango Polar Bears Snowmobile Club is a member of both the Madison County Snowmobile Association and the New York State Snowmobile Association.

If you provide an email address with your application, a printable copy of your NYSSA Voucher will be emailed to you.
