Club Membership Benefits and Information! Members of NYSSA affiliate clubs receive a $55 discount from New York State DMV on each snowmobile registered in their name. Club members also receive other membership benefits, including a subscription to NY Snowmobiler Magazine, club newsletters, and discounted goods at participating sponsor merchants. The Chittenango Polar Bears Snowmobile Club, Inc., was formed in December of 2005, and incorporated in March of 2006. Club membership is valid for 1 year.  The membership year commences on October 1st and ends on September 30th.  All dues submitted on or after April 1st will be credited to the next membership year. NOTE: In order to get a NYSSA voucher for your NYS registration reduction/discount you must have a valid membership for the upcoming season (per NYS prior year memberships are ineligible to get another voucher) JOIN our Club today it is Quick and Easy!
